Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 10 day exchange (only) from date of receipt. All returned jewelry must be in new condition and not show any signs of damage or wear. Exchange (only) credit is for the full price of the jewelry minus shipping, handling and gift wrapping fees. will not accept any jewelry where it is determined to have been damaged or worn.
Jewelry Exchange Instructions

Please contact us by email or phone to start the jewelry exchange (only) process. Please include name, purchase date, jewelry SKU number and reason for exchange.

Repack your jewelry in the original packaging material and include proof of purchase and all shipping paperwork.

Ship the package prepaid by UPS, Fedex or USPS. All jewelry will be inspected upon receipt. Once jewelry is accepted for exchange, LucidoJewelryDirect.com will provide you with a jewelry exchange credit code for the full amount of purchase minus shipping, handling and any gift wrapping fees.
